My mother lives in a decent apartment complex that's in the center of a town. It's super nice and well kept but recently there has been a group of kids 13-15 in age and they have been leaving trash everywhere, they're spray painting the walls, lighting firecrackers and recently my mother walked by and they made extremely inappropriate comments. She felt extremely uncomfortable and called the police on them since this has been going on for awhile. Now a days they aren't around any more. What would you have done in this situation?
