I feel so alone

My husband is a trucker. He MAYBE gets to come home every other weekend. So I'm lucky to spend five days a month with him. He comes home and wants to get drunk in his man cave and call random people and blast music. He says he needs "me" time. He's literally alone all the time and so am I. I live alone and am expecting our first. I had to moves 100's of miles away from my family because he wouldn't quit screwing around where we leaved so basically we had to move away from everyone we know so he wouldn't cheat or get high. I am so sad and alone
