Help!

My period is 10 days late. I have a reg period. I have neaous not really bad but sometimes, sometimes headaches, cramps, my nipples hurt, I have more cravings. Im way more tired than normal, A lot more discharge. I had a little bit of pink spotting last night. Could I be pregnant ? I took a test yesterday but it was negative. Others have said I could trick my mind into it? Heeelp please!
