Miscarriage
Hello all. Well I found out last week I was miscarriaging. I had gotten pregnant with the IUD in and didn't know it. I went in to have it removed and the heart stopped beating a week later. I was in the hospital because I thought I was having a rupturing cyst and found out then that I was actually pregnant. I'm scheduled for a d snd c because they also found that I have polyps and my endometrium is very thick and my uterus is measuring 22mm which my ob said it should be about 7mm even after 3 kids.
I'm very bummed because the women on both sides of my family(not every single one) have all needed up with hysterectomies due to endometritis. I also am an ovarian cancer survivor. I had my daughter last year and they call her my miracle. I decided to try again I've always wanted 4 kids but now I'm terrified that this will just keep re occcuring.
I have my d&c next Friday. They're going to scrape the remainder of lining and remove the polyps. I'm scared because the last time I went under anesthesia I flatlined. This is all nerve racking and overwhelming.
With my other 3 kids I got pregnant immediately. My oldest I got pregnant on the depo my middle son I got pregnant only after 3 weeks and my baby girl I got pregnant with on Nexplanon. This time I got pregnant on the paraguard. My family calls me fertile Mertyle lol.
I'm curious to those who have experienced a miscarriage and d&c how long does it take until I'll be able to try again? How possible is another miscarriage?? Does a d&c hurt? Any bad experiences??
