Can't get engament ring off before c-section

Ladies I have a question I am freaking out! I have arthritis in my hands and through out my body. I wear a lot of silver Jewlery and I have a lot of rings I love rings 💍💍💍💍 but now Ive been trying to get them off for a month now and I can't even get off any of my rings and I have a C section scheduled in two weeks! I have tried everything from elevation and soap and water all it does is make my fingers more swollen! And the worse part is my engagement ring is a ring I can't get off !! I'm literally crying because if they have to cut off my rings they are just plain silver rings I won't mind those but my engament ring I'll just be heartbroken.. Is it true they will cut off your rings in the hospital ? And does anyone have any suggestions as to other  ways to get rings off swollen fingers ?😢😢😫😫😫 please help me!😢😩😩😖😖😫
