I'm so confused at the moment. I woke up in the middle of the night because I was cold but then realized I was wet. Now I don't know if I peed or is it something else? I'm 9 weeks btw way. Now I am concerned if babies are ok or what ugh! This happen to anyone else this early in pregnancy? Also I don't know if it's just so different for me this time just because I am carrying twins?
