HSG questions

Hey ladies! I am scheduled for my HSG on Thursday this week (on my Birthday ) and am getting really anxious. I've heard so many stories about how painful it is and I am basically terrified they will find something wrong. Does anyone have an experience to share or words of wisdom so I can make it through without hyperventilating? ? I am just having too many emotions lately. . Ttc #1 16 cycles, pcos, on 1,500 metformin the last 3 months. I will turn 34 the day of the test. ... Thanks for any thoughts!
