Mothers ,doctors..Breast problem help!

Please don't judge, but over the course of 2 1/2 -3 years I've had to abortions and just this Valentine's Day I miscarried... But before the miscarriage even...I've had milk or discharge that will come out of my breasts if I squeeze them . Just a drop or two they aren't full but still...and it hasn't really stopped since I wanna say after my first procedure. A doctor told me I may have a benign tumor???? Causing this to happen... 😒I refuse to believe that it has nothing to do with me unnaturally altering my hormones. I mean that's what makes sense right? Idk GIVE ME SENCOND OPINIONS PLEASE OLDER WOMEN, MOTHERS, DOCTORS
