Strep throat and ttc

So I'm on cd7 of a 30-35 day cycle. I usually don't ovulate until cd16-18. I have strep throat and I'm running a high fever. I know its strep because my son is just getting over it. Do you think being sick or antibiotics will delay or stop ovulation this month? I'm going to the Dr. Tomorrow since its Sunday and I don't want an urgent care bill. I'm going to ask the doctor tomorrow I was just wondering if anyone has any insight. I can't find much on line.
