Not really. I've heard all sorts of weird things that people believe it does (larger boobs, bigger hips/butt). If you're having a lot of sex in fun positions you might tone some of those areas, but just from the act itself, no.

After I had sex I got small almost non noticeable stretch marks. But the only major change I found what that I was more confident with my body but no, breasts don't change
