Should I Go To E.R?

I am 7.5 weeks pregnant and this is supposed to be my rainbow baby. Last year, I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. There were no signs of it (bleeding or crazy pain like you see in the movies) I just showed up to my first Ultrasound happy as can be with my husband and BAM-- like a big slap in the face they told me there was no heartbeat and after 2 weeks of not naturally miscarrying-- the doc did it herself. For the past two weeks I've had text book symptoms until yesterday I had severe back pain and some pretty strong cramping in my lower abdomen. Today I have less symptoms and don't "feel" pregnant anymore. They didn't schedule my first obgyn appointment until 9 weeks this time so I won't know if I lost it until then. Should I go to the E.R? I'm having a heart attack.
