I have been taking pregprep vitamins for a month now, and i am two days late for my period, am I pregnant?

My fiance and i have been trying for nine months to get pregnant. I recently started taking pregnancy Preparation Vitamins that help sperm pass through the cervix. I am 25 years old, a mother of three under age five, from a previous marriage ,and i am in good health. My fiance is 29 and has health issues like chronic pain and a genetic kidney disease and has fathered one child six years ago in a previous relationship and has had no pregnancy scares or anything since. I fear he isn't able to have children because we have been trying for so long and it wasn't this difficult to conceive the children i have.
