Announcement ideas???

I need some ideas on how to announce (when we conceive) our next pregnancy. My husband is Navy and I've been toying with the idea of getting past the gate onboard the ship by showing my positive test results from the military Dr to command and recruiting their help. (usually your active duty member has to escort you onboard) If I can accomplish this, how should I present the news???? It would be such a surprise because he'd NEVER expect me to show up on the ship.
