How to avoid negative thoughts...
Hello everyone! I hate to be negative, but what are some of the ways everyone is staying positive and avoiding thoughts about a miscarriage? I'm 20 years old, this is my first pregnancy, and I'm only 7 weeks + 2 days. Overall mine and my families health history is excellent, and there have been no miscarriages in my family. Obviously I know that it is still a possibility and it can happen to anyone... I feel like I won't actually be able to be excited until after I get through my first trimester!
