Spotting while walking!?!

I have been spotting brown but my doctor said everything is ok with me and baby. I have noticed I have gain so much weight while he had me on bed rest for 3 weeks to heal from my plecenta detachment (still okay thank God). He also said i can not gain any more weight 😒. He has now told me I am off of bed rest but is it safe to walk in this heat while spotting? I am 14w3d and live in Alabama🔥🔥🔥🔥
