Primrose Oil?

So for one I can't find this... For two is it in pill form or is it a liquid? ALSO I've seen some women say they use it vaginally... Will someone please explain?? My midwife suggested it as I am 39w5d!! I'd like to start it but need help!

I got mine at cvs/Walgreens. It's in the vitamin section you just have to look for it. It's in a green bottle and they're yellow pills filled with liquid. You can take them orally or vaginally. I instert the pills vaginally as close to the cervix as possible and they just dissolve in there. Make sure to wear a pad they're messy.
