Why am I feeling worse than ever!

This is my first pregnancy and today I feel horrible!! I almost threw up my prenatal pill just by putting it on my mouth. I am hungry every hour or two today and feel naseuous like no other. Throughout the pregnancy I haven't felt this horrible! I'm 11weeks and 4 days I felt like by 12 all would be good again but for some reason my symptoms seem worse 😑 is this normal? Could it be my prenatal ? I changed them from gummies to the one a day ones for the iron and higher dha about a month ago when all my symptoms began getting worse. So idk if it's the pregnancy or the pills. Anything helps ! Thank you !
