Sunburnt SO bad

You guys, for the past 10 years or so I have never burnt. It never mattered the length of time I was in the sun, I never burned, I never turned any shade of pink, and I've never tanned.. I've been the same skin tone since I can remember. Anyways I spent time with my dad today fishing, while my mother watched my son, and I burned.. What in the crap do I do for this? I hurt so bad, and I feel achey. I have lotion with aloe in it but it didn't help and Niether did medicated gold bond.. Any tips for some relief? 😰 TIA
