Any advice ?

Anyone out there with super long cycles that got pregnant on their own ? If so how ? 9 monthes ttc. I have 43-52 cycles I wanna call the docor but I wanna wait til my yearly checkup I'm November. To see if I'll get pregnant by then ...I'v done everything. Opks ,(close,but no positive ) tempered had sex every other day.  Think this month. I'm not gonna do anything and see what happens ....any advice would be very much appriated. I want the truth and be honest I just want a friend who's been there what I'm going through ...I had a chemical in November
