Can someone help?

So recently I was riding my bike and got rapped. I'm only 13. I'm pretty sure that the people (2) were about 17-18 years old. I told my mom and she said that she would file a police report, but the worst part is they know we're I live! I'm about 14 days off my period and I don't know what to do. My mom says that we don't have the money to move, and I'm to young to get a job. I'm scarred being outside of my house but I love being outside! I have a horse, a new bike and longboard but I'm terrified to walk/ ride to the bus station. I can't carry weapons on me because I've had a past in cutting.... What should I do?
