Why is he doing this?

So my boyfriend and i have just recently been going out and a couple days ago we were laying down and he has pretty hazel eyes and i told him "if you had a kid it would be so beautiful especially with your eyes!" and he said "you mean if we have a baby?" i was like uhh kinda in shock. Well the second time i saw this adorable little girl and i said "awh she's cute i want a little girl!" (btw i already have a 1 year old son) anyways he says "we can have a girl" and i was just huh? And he just kinda smiled and just blew it off. After we had sex he cummed inside of me and i said "no more sex for a month now!" i was just kidding of course and he said "how about 9 months huh?" and he did like a belly bump on his stomach and i was just like oh crap okay. And now this last time we were at this restaurant and i saw this cute little girl and i said "look how cute she is!" and he said "oh you want a girl? We can have a girl." i was in shock like wth?! And next thing i know were talking about kid names and i was just telling myself girl calm down lol i don't know how i feel about this situation i don't know if that's his way of telling me he wants a baby or what!
