In Laws hating you

My in- laws hate me. I use to live with them because my husband is in the army. When I moved out, they accused me of stupid stuff....they still are, and my husband doesn't even believe what his mother is saying.....because its crazy. But anyway, how do I deal with telling them that I am pregnant, and have them act different towards me (when I know they hate me) just because the baby is coming? I want them to like me and the baby. Not just the baby. I don't want to feel out of place in my own home when the baby arrives. I just can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that they hate me but want to hold my child. Advice?
