Water breaking vs incontinence?

When I got up to go to the bathroom this morning I noticed I started "going" before I got there. When I wiped it was pale pink, and when I stood up after it continued to drip down my leg. I'm not having any contractions or anything so I don't know if my water just broke? Or if it was just incontinence from her being so low and basically pulverizing my bladder. FTM here, clearly. 😝
