Back pain
Hello ladies I will be 23 weeks on Wednesday prego with a baby girl but I've been having horrible pain pain in the middle of my back only in one spot it truly feels like it's a knot in my back and I get my hubby to rub it every night but I feel like it comes right back anyone have any suggestions yo help me out I would really appreciate it
