Chances of conceiving...?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 2 years now and about a month ago I went to the doctors office to do an ultrasound. Well it showed that I had a complex ovarian cyst. So the doctor wanted to reevaluate in a month to check the status of the cyst. Well I went back and and the cyst went down in size, but now she is saying that there is possible tube blockage. What are my chances of conceiving (naturally)?
