Ultrasound results

I'm 27 and my husband and I have been TTC for a year now. We recently started the process of infertility screening. We had him tested and all is well. However, my ultrasound showed that I have endometrial polyps. I don't know the next step, my next apt is on July 7th.. Has anyone else had these? What did you do and what was the outcome? A little nervous at this point but I still have faith that it'll work out in the end..
