Help !

So me n my husband have been trying for 5 years to have our second baby. Our oldest is 6 years old already. We've been trying very hard this month lol on my fertile days we've been on it and mind u I still have like 2 or 3 more days, so it says on this calendar lol. I know when i ovulate tho I get very watery discharge n cramping. But just yesterday my boobs been very sore. And I've been cramping very bad. Although I do cramp a lot when I start my period but this time it's during my fertile days. Either my lower back is hurting like hell or its my regular cramping on the front. I was told tho that I have a fibroid on top of my uterus. But anywho, do these symptoms mean that I might be pregnant or is it too early to even know ?
