do you guys agree?

it's hot outside and i'm wearing a pair of athletic shorts, crew socks, and a shirt i cut the sleeves off of and ripped down the side. my mom is talking to her boyfriend as were walking into wal-mart and she says to me "Jessica, you look like a slut." and i just brush it off because frankly, i really dont care. as we start shopping she starts talking about how women get raped when they wear "provocative clothing." like really mother? people don't get raped by what they choose to wear. i'm angry with her and do i have every right to be?
