Can using medical marijuana affect your chances of conceiving?

I suffer from depression and anxiety and I have found that using medical marijuana helps with my symptoms a lot.. Mainly keeps me out of my head. I have heard rumors that it can make it hard to get pregnant if you smoke, but I feel like I know a lot of women who use it, and were able to get pregnant. Once I actually get my BFP I will stop, but since it helps me, I don't know what to do. Does anyone here use medical marijuana and was able to concieve? I don't need bashing or lectures, I was just curious..
