Ladies that went in for ultrasound and they found out there was no longer a heartbeat.

Hey ladies. I know this is a hard topic to discuss, especially if you have personally gone through it, but I was wanting to hear from some ladies who have experienced a miscarriage after already hearing your babies heartbeat. Primarily, what were your symptoms/did you know it was going to happen? I'm concerned as I've had an ectopic Feb 2016 and now I'm 11 weeks and have some brown blood when I wipe. Could this mean miscarriage is coming? Heard heartbeat at 6w2d but next ultrasound isn't until Friday of this week.
