Horrible pain almost 4 weeks PP

I had my third c section on June 1st. My first two were pretty decent recoveries. My second I didn't even need to take all of my pain meds. This time though, I'm crying so much just from being in so much pain. I feel like a broken record every time my husband asks how I am. I thought I pretty much had this in the bag as I knew what to expect but apparently not. I've already asked my dr for more Motrin. Didn't want to ask for more Percocet as I really don't want to have to rely on 'the hard stuff'. Any suggestions on what I can be doing to help relieve some of this pain? TIA
