So it's seems almost impossible to get through to speak with somebody directly so I've decided to look elsewhere 😩 I live in California and I already have my paperwork ready to be mailed in once I decide to start my claim. I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant and have been off work on vacation pay for the last week. Basically I will start my claim once my paid vacation ends on the 30th. My question is since I didn't take time off before do I get that time back? Since you are allowed to leave @36 weeks. Just wondering if that gets added even after having the baby or it time lost. Thanks!
