How to stop pumping. Ftm
My baby has been on formula most of the time. I've been pumping and giving her the milk. I am only getting 1 oz total for each pump. I want to stop pumping but idk if I should just stop or gradually stop. I am producing such a small amount I am afraid if I keep pumping even just a little I will keep producing. Please no judgment on not bf. :)
