Pink Himalayan Salt
What are yalls thoughts on Pink Himalayan salt? I heard it's supposed to be better for you than regular salt and I honestly think it's really good. Like better than regular salt. But what are your thoughts on using it as a pregnant women? Cause I'm leaking protein and I'm at risk of having preeclampsia later in pregnancy. So I have to lower my salt intake.
