Could i be pregnant?

Im 3 days late for my period and my obvulation day was the 10th june... I had unprotected sex 3 times throughout my fertile window, ive been spotting the past day but have stopped now. Im in a lot of pain with back, stomach and i have tender breasts. Ive took a test and come back negative but could it be due to me doing it about an hour ago? So 8:30pm. It hurts to lay on my stomach and am feeling very tired recently. Please help!
