Labia pain (outer vagina pain)

Hello , im 18w4d today and im experiencing this weird pain since yesterday, its in the right part of my outer vagina and occurs only when i move , if im lying down or sitting , its not there . Is it normal or should i see my doctor . Also im having consistent pain at one point on the right side of my lower abdomen, just there and nowhere else , what could it be ?
