TAKE OUT INDUSTRIAL?

This is a photo of my industrial piercing i got 3 months ago and now it is infected, it has these bumps. I talked to my piercer he sas take it out.
please tell me what should
i do.. he didnt mention any tips to make the bumps go down.... im confused...

Maybe ask a different piercer... Ive seen many people with those bumps that just happen to be how the piercing is healing.. But if its infected you want to get it treated if you take the jewelry out the infection can get trapped when the hole closes shut

you should try cleaning it with a saline solution, if you don't already have one you can always make your own too. try not to take it out because the hole will close up fairly quick and the infection may just end up remaining trapped inside. if you have antibiotics that should cure the infection and you can also take garlic capsules, they are a natural antibiotic . hope this helps ❤️

It could be a keloid, you could try to crush up (Tylenol, aspirin, excedrine, ibuprofen etc) into a fine powder and add water until you have a thick paste (toothpaste or thicker) and apply it to everything swollen and see if that helps. I had something similar when I pierced my nose and that's what I was recommended

OMG NO. NEVER TAKE AN INFECTED PIERCING OUT. The bumps won't heal correctly
Clean it with normal salt water. Every day, 3x a day. No soap, only salt water.

I would first off find a new piercer. Use this site to locate one that is app http://www.safepiercing.org. As far as it being infected only a Dr can diagnose that. Is it painful and is there any pus? For now just clean it with sterile saline and locate someone who is reputable

The angle of the piercing seems off and the bar should've been changed to a shorter length once swelling has gone down. That bar is too long. Also you want to make sure it's quality jewelry like implant grade titanium and internally threaded ends
