Where will baby sleep?

So this is baby #2, you would think I'd know what to do. With this baby I'm lost. I know I want to keep her in the room with us for a few months. I'm having a hard time deciding between a pack n play and a rock n play. Any mamas use these? What did you like more? I know some pack n plays come with a mini "napper" did you use that or just lay baby down in the pack n play itself? Did you baby move around too much in a rock n play? Let me know what you think!!

This is what I am doing. IKEA crib (about $75) paint to match colors.  Put it in toddler bed "mode." Latch to bed with straps. So much cheaper! Plus it is a real crib that will last and go into a toddler bed without extras.

This is a Fisher Price Day and Night Play Yard. I've thought so hard about getting it. It has the top like a rock in play (comfy incline for baby to sleep) but also has the pack n play part on the bottom. On Amazon I've seen them range from $70-$90, which I believe is pretty good.

I plan to get the Halo bassinet, but the ikea crib thing is a pretty good idea.

I plan to have baby in our room the first 6mos then his own room after....at least thats the plan haha

I'm thinking about this. It has wheels on one side so you can roll it out of the way to get in and out of bed.

With my son when he was a nb I had him in a pack and play but the ones that have the bassinet and add ons. It had toys hanging, and a little clip on thing that had a night light, played music and was able to control vibrations for a brick that was under the bassinet. It was pretty cool and helped a lot being that we actually used to visit family a lot so it made it extra convenient that it was portable.
