How to tell boyfriend and parents...

Just found out I am 3 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I really don't know how to tell my parents or my boyfriend... I'm so nervous it's crazy. I'm 20 (21 in October) and my boyfriend is 19 and will be 20 mid July. He lives with me and my parents. I'm most afraid of them being disappointed and him not wanting the baby.. We've talked about it before and he said he'd step up and be there for me whatever I decide and I believe him 100% but this is the real deal so I don't know how he will react 😕
