Painful postpartum sex... Still :(

I'm almost 5 months postpartum and sex still hurts. It hurts where the stitches were. Like at first and after a few minutes it goes away. But because of the pain I'm not as aroused as I usually am. And my boyfriend doesn't like it cuz I'm uncomfortable and it makes him feel uncomofortable. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? I'm not too sure about lube anymore cuz I think that's what gave me a yeast infection. I just want to not dread sex anymore :(
