Condom leaking at base 😕

Hey ladies, I was having sex with my boyfriend this weekend for the first time, we used condoms (they fit and they were put on correctly) however he was unable to feel himself cum so there is a good chance that we continued to do it while there was cum in the condom. When he pulled out we noticed that the semen had sort of come down the sides of the condom and I am wondering if it is possible that there may have been leakage out of the base of the condom. I am planning on going to the pharmacy to get emergency contraception. Is there a chance i could be pregnant?? (Side note: I finished ovulating 3 days ago and am 9 days away from my period)
