Plan B HELP

So a condom my boyfriend had on ripped but we didnt know until after when he had already finished. I took plan B a few hours later. Its been a couple days and i think i have my period even though its not due for a few weeks. Is the bleeding a side effect from the pill and does this mean i could still be pregnant?
