I need help.
So I've become obsessed with my weight. I've been over working myself a lot these past few weeks to get skinny. I just got my period and I've been SUPER bloated and all of the suddenly I've had this eurge to stop eating. I haven't had ANY food today and i'm starving. I dont want to eat I feel so fat. I need some advice of how to lose a ton of weight. I dont want to turn to not eating while I'm exercising like crazy. I know thats not safe but I cant help myself. Please help me. Please I need advice..
