Periods and pregnancy

Okay. So I'm a little confused. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend two days ago. And also a day before that. Today I got my period. Is it still possible to be pregnant, or has that ship sailed? :/ I wasn't expecting my period to be early. (my periods are very irregular) but usually my cycle will be around like 48 days I think. Idk. It really just comes when it pleases. So I never know when my chances are of conceiving.
