Ladies did you or are you bleeding a little during your early pregnancy? I'm over 7 weeks in and I always had brown spots, but today I was bleeding but no pain or cramping.. I called my dr and he said don't panic cause it happens .. I'm going to see him tomorrow..

I had bleeding at 6 weeks. They said implantation bleeding can happen any time during the first trimester and as long as there's no pain its usually harmless.

I've had a lot of bleeding (no pain). I have a subchorionic hematoma, which is somewhat common. Baby is doing ok at 9 weeks, but I have to be monitored. Good luck!
