Cramp before or during Ovulation

Chelsea • Sat, Nov 29 • We have 2 children. Cooper Age 4 and JJ Age 1. We are trying to conceive our 3rd. It took us two years with JJ.

Cramped really bad yesterday and had a surge on opk but the surge was stronger today and no cramping just nausea. Always had cramping around ovulation. Just wondering if the cramping comes before or if the cramping is actual ovulation?
