Thought I was suffering a miscarriage...

I've been bleeding the last three days, start light even progressed bright red blood..I had my ultrasound and wasn't very hopeful, that I'd see or hear a heartbeat.. But we did. My of wanted to see me right away after my ultrasound to discuss a plan of action. She did a pelvic exam and said everything was normal.. But she was a little unsure why I was bleeding bright red blood.

I'm in bedrest for the next week, with lots of bloodwork to be done.

Has anyone bled during their pregnancy? Bright red?

I can't help but be worried.
