Flutters/Gas

9wks 3 days today. I was sitting down leaning over looking at my phone and I all of a sudden felt a flutter or something...I'm not one to over think things but this feeling felt like a movement :/ but then it again I really felt it not sure if I was gas. I've been having pretty bad dreams about losing this pregnancy made me feel my Bby was telling me he was still there lol a lil over the top but it's how I felt. Anyone else feel anything so early ??
