So my upper back is killing me big time what can i do to get some relief?

My upper back was killing me about a week ago. I sat in a warm lavender Epsom soak bath for a good 30-45 minutes. I just let my body float as much as possible. I could feel the tension lessen the longer I laid there. Afterwards I had little to no pain and it hasn't bothered me since. This is what I use. Hope you find what works!

Mine is my lower back. I just can't get relief. I even had to leave a training for work early because I was so miserable. I feel like it needs to be popped but I know it's not realistic at 36 weeks. Lol

Stretch, ice, lay down, get back massages, and ask your doctor!  Rest is best!
