Need KIND advice ladies!

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow, and my dr mentioned at last weeks appointment about inducing. I told him I wasn't really sure that's what I wanted to do, but now with my husband working out of town each week I've been think harder about it. I'm thinking to do it on Monday, July 4th, which will put me right at 40 weeks, which my dr will induce after 39. With that being said I'm worried about it a holiday whether they will or not. My husbands Nana's birthday is the 4th, and she's not doing so well so that's why we want it on that day. Being induced just makes me nervous, any feedback is awesome, just please don't be hateful! I've had some ladies on here be pure rude 😬
